DENSIQ Group has acquired DEPAC
DENSIQ Group, part of Latour Industries AB, has acquired DEPAC Anstalt (DEPAC) based in Lichtenstein.
DEPAC is a leading designer and manufacturer of mechanical shaft seals for industrial applications. The company, which was founded in 1983, has its headquarters in Lichtenstein with subsidiaries in Austria. The turnover in 2020 amounted to 8 million euros with a strong operating margin and good growth.
