DENSIQ Group has acquired VM Kompensator A/S
DENSIQ Group, part of Latour Industries AB, has acquired VM Kompensator A/S (VM Kompensator) based in Bække, Denmark. VM Kompensator is a leading Danish designer and manufacturer of compensators for industrial applications. The company, which was founded in 2015, has its headquarters in Bække, Denmark.
